A pretty site that nobody finds and nobody calls is an expensive brochure. We build fast, mobile-first sites for local service businesses — engineered around the one thing that matters, which is turning a search into a booked job.
The usual problem
We see the same pattern on nearly every site we are asked to look at. None of it is exotic, and all of it is costing calls right now.
Usually a page builder stacking a dozen plugins and a 3 MB hero image. On a phone on cell data, a good share of visitors leave before they see anything. For comparison, we build in the hundreds of kilobytes, not megabytes.
A phone number in the footer and a contact form five clicks deep. If someone has to hunt for how to hire you, they will call whoever made it obvious instead.
A single "Services" page cannot rank for a dozen different searches. Each real service and each area you serve needs its own page, or you are invisible for most of what people actually type.
What we build
Not a tier list. This is the baseline on every project, because a site missing any of it is a site that underperforms.
How it goes
We look at what you have now, what your competitors rank for, and what people in your area actually search. That produces the page list — which services and which neighbourhoods get their own page — before a line of design happens.
You see the homepage first and we settle the look there, so the rest of the build is not a debate. Then the pages get written and built, with your real photos and your real reviews.
We move the domain carefully so nothing drops, submit the sitemap, and watch the first weeks of Search Console. Hosting and updates continue after launch — a site nobody maintains starts rotting the day it ships.
Recent work
Junk removal, tree service, real estate, a medical practice, an aquarium store and a food industry consultancy. Different industries, the same standard.
Questions
It depends on page count and whether you need booking, quoting or e-commerce. For a local service business it is a fixed project price, agreed before we start, with hosting and updates monthly after that. We quote after the first call rather than publishing a number, because quoting a site sight-unseen means quoting it wrong.
Days to a few weeks, not months. The build is the fast part. What actually sets the timeline is how quickly we get photos, service details and your sign-off.
Not if it is done properly. On the Henderson Junk Solutions rebuild we deliberately kept the old site’s URL structure so all eighteen already-indexed pages carried straight over with zero redirects. Preserving that equity is a constraint we design around from the start, not something patched at the end.
Yes. The domain, the content and the site are yours. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
Usually not. Most builds are hand-coded or on a modern framework, which is why they load in well under a second with no plugins to patch. If you specifically need WordPress we will tell you honestly whether it is the right call.
Sometimes, and we would rather do that than sell you a rebuild you do not need. If the foundation is sound we will fix what is there. If it is slow, unmaintainable or built on something abandoned, we will tell you that too.
Book a free 15-minute call. We will go through your current site and your Google presence and tell you what is losing you calls — whether or not you hire us to fix it.
No card. No commitment. Just a plan.
