Done for you · Month to month

We run your Google Business Profile so you don’t have to.

A profile that ranks needs work every week — posts, photos, questions answered, reviews chased and replied to. Most owners start strong and stop by week three. We just do it, on schedule, and send you the numbers.

Why owners hand it over

The work is not hard. It is relentless.

Nothing on a Google Business Profile requires special skill. It requires someone doing it in week seven, and week nineteen, when the novelty is gone and the truck is booked solid. That is the part that breaks, and it is the only part that matters — Google reads consistency, not effort.

Week 1–2

Everybody posts

New profile, fresh enthusiasm. Photos go up, a post or two, maybe a question answered. This part almost never fails.

Week 3–8

It slips

A busy stretch, a holiday, one forgotten week. Posts stop. Photos stop. Google notices the gap long before you do.

Month 3+

It goes quiet

The profile sits untouched while a competitor who kept going climbs past you. Getting back is slower than never stopping.

What we actually do

The schedule we run on your profile.

This is the whole job, written out. No retainer vagueness — if it is on this list it happens, and if it stops happening you will see it in the monthly report before you have to ask.

Every week
  • A keyword-targeted Google post with a branded graphic
  • A new question added and answered on your profile
  • The same post pushed to Facebook and Instagram, linked back
  • Review requests sent to that week’s customers
  • Every new review replied to, good or bad
Every day
  • Geo-tagged photos of real work uploaded
  • Inbox and Q&A monitored for anything needing a same-day answer
Every month
  • A promotion or event post built around what is happening in your business
  • An AI video slideshow with voiceover, posted to the profile and YouTube
  • A report: calls, direction requests, what you were found for, review movement
  • Categories, services and hours re-checked against what Google now offers
On the Run plan
  • 60+ directory listings kept consistent — Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and more
  • Your branded review portal and QR code kept live
  • Critical reviews flagged to you the day they land

Plans

Two plans. Both month to month.

The difference is reach. Walk manages the profile itself. Run manages the profile plus everywhere else your business is listed, and adds the review machine.

Getting started

Your first two weeks.

01

Days 1–3 · Access and audit

You grant manager access from inside your profile — no passwords change hands. We go through it line by line: categories, services, service area, hours, attributes, photos, duplicate listings. You get the list of what is wrong before we touch anything.

02

Days 4–10 · Fix the foundation

Wrong categories corrected, missing services added, duplicates resolved, photos re-uploaded with geo data. This is the part that moves rankings fastest, because most profiles have several things actively working against them.

03

Day 11 onward · The cadence starts

Weekly posting, Q&As, photos and review requests begin and do not stop. Your first monthly report lands at the end of the following month with a baseline to measure everything after it against.

Questions

What owners ask before handing over access.

What access do you actually need?

Manager access, which you grant from inside your own profile and can revoke in two clicks whenever you want. We never ask for your Google password, and we never take ownership.

Who owns the profile if I stop?

You do, the whole time. You stay the owner, we work as a manager. If you leave you keep the profile, every review, every photo and every post we published. Nothing gets taken down.

Someone already manages my profile. Can you take it over?

Yes. We audit what has been done, fix what is holding it back, and pick up the weekly work. You remove the previous manager's access yourself, on your own timing.

I have more than one location.

Each location is its own profile with its own posts, photos and reviews, so each is priced separately. Worth knowing: locations in the same city need genuinely different content, or they start competing with each other in the map rather than with your competitors.

How often will I hear from you?

A monthly report — calls, direction requests, the searches you showed up for, review movement — plus on-demand reporting any time. Anything urgent, like a one-star review, reaches you the day it lands rather than waiting for the report.

How do I cancel?

Tell us. Month to month, no cancellation fee, no notice period. We hand back a clean profile and remove our own access.

Want to see what your profile is missing?

Book a free 15-minute call. We will go through your profile against your closest competitors and show you what is costing you calls — whether or not you hire us to fix it.

No card. No commitment. Just a plan.
